After graduating from the California State University, Fresno Sports Medicine program Pablo began to attract clients that wanted more from exercise than just a fit body. Athletes were at a period in their lives where balance, stability, core strength, mobility and functional strength were just as important to them as looking fit. Using a scientific approach to training his clients, he has created strength & conditioning programs that bridge the gap between natural ability and elite performance.
To create “functional strength” Pablo needed to stimulate large amounts muscle fibers and engage them in fluid real life movements. The programs he develops uses a variety of body weight exercises, stability discs, Bosu Balls, medicine balls, steps and free-weights in an ever changing and advancing exercise program.
Pablo's functional strength & conditioning programs do everything from creating new neuro-pathways as well as improving balance, core strength, increased proprioception (spacial awareness), increased confidence, fat loss and muscle gain which increases your metabolic rate (ability to burn fat).
